# CEO Survival Guide

Often, the culprit behind a company not meeting strategic goals is not a poor strategy...

###### ...It's POOR EXECUTION.

The CEO Survival Guide shares the tools and concepts that will:

• Give visibility and connectivity to the work that needs to be done today to push your strategy forward

• Mobilize your strategic efforts and craft a clear path of progress from the company plan to daily, execution-ready goals and priorities

• Create accountability and ownership of company goals by aligning teams around common objectives with clear definitions of success and failure
